Updated Guidance and Notebooks for Global Warming Levels

Updated guidance and two new notebooks are available for working with Global Warming Levels.
The Analytics Engine team has updated guidance and notebooks for working with Global Warming Levels (GWLs). The updates include new examples for retrieving GWL data, tools for estimating GWL timing and converting between GWLs and target years, and improved illustrations of key GWL concepts and workflows. Two new notebooks (warming_level_methods.ipynb and warming_level_timing_explorer.ipynb) are now available, and several outdated notebooks have been retired.
