New JupyterHub Server Size Options

New server size options are available on the Analytics Engine JupyterHub.
The Analytics Engine team has introduced new server size options on the Analytics Engine JupyterHub to give users greater flexibility when launching notebook sessions. Users can now choose between a Small server (2 CPU, 14 GB RAM) for most standard workflows and a Medium server (4 CPU, 28 GB RAM) for larger datasets or more computationally intensive analyses. To ensure compatibility and support, users should continue to select the Default environment when starting a server.
